CONTROL ROOM

Selected events are sent to Secure Defence for operator review and handled according to the agreed escalation procedure.
WITH RESPONSE
R350 / positive dispatch
Add response dispatch for positively verified events, subject to response availability and the agreed response arrangement.
Setup/admin: R50 ex VAT per camera. Contract options: 6 months, 1 year, 2 years or 5 years.
